Thanksgiving Day Parade

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! This special blog post is about the Macy's Day Parade. It occurs in NYC every Thanksgiving where you can see fabulous performers, floats and large balloons! But you really don't know how hard everyone works for this special preparation. The marching band walks two and a half miles, while playing their instruments.The different balloons are made out of Styrofoam and is carved by hand. Making all the balloons takes a year round effort. Then, the carved Styrofoam is coated by a product called hardcoat, which is a flame retarded plastic which creates a hard shell. But before they made the real copies, the creators of the balloons made a clay model of the character that would appear in the Macy's Day Parade. And then, after the model, they would have to create the larger versions. They used cloth for the balloons and then painted them to match the character. That is not all for the amazing Thanksgiving Parade. There are a lot of musicals and performers such as the Rockettes that have to do practice after practice to get perfection when it's time for them to perform. The amount of work that is put into the Thanksgiving Parade is immense! Are you ready?

The Awsome Ps3

  
Welcome back to The Asian Squad! This month is all about gaming devices. To all my readers, I would like to apologize since I have not been blogging because of terrible Hurricane Sandy for probably a week. So this blog post is all about the Ps3. A ps3 has programs such as apps where you can download many demo's or games. You also have netflix and a place where you could put your pictures or videos from your camera! In addition, they put a cool app called Playstation Life (if I am correct) where you could design you own character and play around with it just like your own life.                                                                    
Okay, let's talk price. It is currently listed at $200.00 to about $220.00 in Gamestop including tax. It is also in Walkmart for about $250.00 including tax. In some other places you could get them for about 350.00 so.. If you would like a cheaper one, go ahead and get a slightly used one for a good amount of money. It seems Sony isn't yet able to bring down the price of the PS3.
             

Mw3 Map of the Day- Village

My absolute most favorite map... the Village! This map is my favorite because it is user friendly for new users and different gun users. To shotguns to sniper rifles, this map is absolutely perfect for all gun types. It's very spacious and tight at some point. As you can see from the video, there are many camping spots that you could go to.

This video shows how cool and easy this map is. As you could see, there are many spaces to go to. This video will help you by telling you where the good spots are to camp and to stay to get the most kills. Heartbeat sensor is used in this video and it is highly recommended that you use it and silencer too make your gun firing unnoticed on the map. I find that the spot that this person used and stayed in is the best spot in this map if you would like to get many kills.


Camping - Camping in Modern Warfare 3 is when you stay hidden in one spot in the entire game. Like in this video, he tries to stay in that particular spot and ends up having multiple kills.
My definition would be the people who sit in corners (and not just to regenerate health for 3 seconds). People who generally just don't move around much (inside or outside of buildings) Whether it be laying in prone, crouching or standing.
If your in the same spot for more than 10 to 11 seconds then your camping in my opinion.

Mw3 Map of the Day: Resistance

Hey Guys!
I am deciding to do my next map on Resistance. It is a pretty decent sized map. I wouldn't say it is small or large, just about medium. I suggest using a shotgun because of all the tight spaces you could cram into. I wouldn't suggest using a sniper rifle. You would need large empty spaces but this map has a lot of cars and truck to handle with. There aren't many places with a lot of space and camping spots for you not to be seen.

This next video is on camping spots. Like I said, there aren't many camping spots in Resistance. This isn't really about camping spots, it's on tips on how to get better on this map. It will be showing you little tricks so that you can kill easily without being seen. But do not stay in these spots for a long period of time, most people will come back and try to shoot you so move every one to two minutes.

NEW MW3 "TERMINAL" Gameplay! - Free Multiplayer Map & New Emblems! (MW2 ...

                                                                                                                                                         Hi Guys! A new map for Modern Warfare 3 has arrived, The Terminal from Modern Warfare 2. WHAT?! I was really excited for the update so that we could get this awesome map. I have got to say that this is one of my favorite maps ever because of all the camping spots and it's just awesome. Terminal is very improved from MW2 to MW3.

There are many ways to play in Terminal. I really recommend sub machine guns, assault rifles, light machine guns and sniper rifles. I don't think shotguns are very good in Terminal because of how big the map is, but use if it you would like!

Are you a beginner? Well this video is about a really awesome camping spot. I'm pretty sure he has Type 95 because of the three round blast, Type 95 is way more powerful than UMP45 but you cannot send more than three bullets at a time. He plays in a really good camping spot that I usually go to. This video is a big help! ENJOY:

              The MW3 gun of the day is the UMP45. This gun is bomb! I have read a ton about it and played with it since I got it. It was like getting your first starter Pokemon. I was like, "I choose you!". I am currently level 62 and my gun is one level away from getting a gold gun! ENOUGH ABOUT ME! 
           The UMP45 is a very powerful, easy to use gun to use that is friendly to new players with less experience. Right now, I think the best attachments, perks, etc. are:
Main Gun: UMP45

The MW3 video game does not come with the game system so if you want to try it/have it, you'll be spending the lowest $200.00 to $300.00 plus the game so ask your parents for the game and/or the game console for Christmas or your birthday. )
