The Intrepid

The Intrepid is a massive ship used in World War 2, and is now a humongous museum. Today is a special blog post that commemorates the Intrepid. I hope you find this as fascinating as I do.

The Intrepid was known to carry many aircrafts on its very own Flight Deck. One type of aircraft that I think deserves recognition is the A- 12 Blackbird. This aircraft’s role was to carry out aerial reconnaissance. It fought in the cold war and at World War 3. The A- 12 Blackbird was on the Intrepid since December 1990 until now and it is currently retired. What was so important about this specific aircraft was that it was the world’s first aircraft to consistently fly 3x the speed of light. This aircraft is beyond amazing.

There were many different decks on Intrepid since it was so huge. But one deck that really caught my eye was the Mess Deck. The Mess deck was where 3,000 crew members ate their meals 3 times a day. The purpose of it was to give as place to the hardworking members a place to enjoy their food. This deck was definitely a “must have” because there would be no other space for crew members to eat their food. All crew members would go be going there because of the necessity of food.

My expedition took me through history. Through my wonderful adventure, I discovered that the Flight Deck could hold up to one hundred ship, which is outstanding. The planes help on the Intrepid were not as ordinary as you might think, they flew faster, and had different attachments than most regular planes today. You feel the energy just stepping on the floors. But then, you realize that people who actually fought for us stepped on this very ship. The experience on the Intrepid was very exciting, and I honor everyone and everything on that ship.

Housing

Housing is an important part in Wizard101. You first start out living at a dorm room. Once you are level 15+, you can buy your own house from various worlds. The better the house, the more money it will cost you. It is important to save up money and not spend it all at once. You can even invite friends over and have a party!

There are various things that are available in a house. First, you can buy a housing items or furniture. From campfires to beds, you can even plant plants! Gardening requires a level twelve wizards and there are a variety of plants to choose from. Plants require watering, music, the sun and protection by bugs! Plants either require soil on the outdoor ground but need a pot of soil in the inside.

Housing is a great thing to have so don't be afraid to buy something as cool as a house!

PvP Battles

What are PvP battles, how do you join one, and what is it for? Basically, PvP battles stand for Player Vs. Player battle, which will give you the chance to test and compare your strength and compete with other players. To set one up is easy, the PvP set up is easy to find and available to all players. Once entering the street, "Unicorn Way", immediately look to your right and you will find a doorway. You can join certain battles, which are the ones you qualify for which means your level and whether or not you are friends with the creator. You can also make your own battle, you choose the certain levels and only allow friends to join.

There is much more to PvP battles though, such as the rank you could be in which include Private, being at the least, Corporal, Sergeant, Veteran, Knight, Captain, Commander and Warlord, being the greatest. There are also many different kinds of arena's that you can battle in that totally come at random.

I thank you for reading and hope you try out battling out at the arena.

Flaming Passion

"Fire is passion, the bright, burning flame of raw emotion sweeping over everything..."
Fire wizards, or Pyromancers have a huge temper, quick to anger, but have good enthusiasm. Fire has trained themselves to damage enemies over time, weaker at first but damage builds up into powerful attacks. The school of Fire seems weak but it is in fact very strong. Fire wizards also learn the ability to stun, which disables the enemy from acting for one turn. They can heal themselves enough to get by, but nothing substantial.
Their professor, Dalia Falmea is very suave, being called "The Fire Lade" from time to time. She is nice towards her teacher can be very much serious towards the problems in the Spiral. She teaches her students not to give up. Falmea like soft jazz and sunsets. She can be as kind as a feather and as powerful as a pheonix.

Stealling is Wrong, Unless used By Death

"The fear of Death confounds me..."
Death Wizards or Necromancers will train to steal and support for themselves, to take from the enemy and use it for their own advantage in combat. Death students belong to an advanced school, because of multiple steps that are used to make it extremely powerful. Their spells aren't exactly the most powerful, but use their special magic as a healing tool. When they attack with certain spells, half the damage done turns into dark and mysterious healing magic. Necromancers understand that they have to strive to end their fear of anything...
The death symbol is a skull which is in fact death. Their colors are black and gray which are also known to be death colors. Necromancers use Whispers to strengthen their will, and draw on the power of courage to channel their own fears out of themselves and at their opponents. Death Magic sits between Ice and Storm, for the cold energy of undeath draws on those two forces.

Gimme That Helping Hand

"To change the future, you must first look to the past..."
Myth Wizards are often in need of courage, casting minions by their side in combat, not saying they are not powerful. Myth is about using your mind, creating images to provide back up. They use minions for help, and sometimes for healing. Wizards who practice the mastery of Myth are also called Sorcerers. Sorcerers also quite timid and charming. They tend to have an attiude at some times.
Their teacher is Cyrus Drake, a mean, stubborn teacher. He is the brother of Malistaire (no kidding due to the rudeness). Cyrus does not think you can learn the art of Myth at first sight, but tends to see how strong you have become throughout your journey. Cyrus only likes the quiet, and dislikes everything else. He teaches moderate spells with moderate power and accuracy.  Myth dwells between Fire and Ice, for that is where the shadows lie, and Myths are the shadowy forms of thought made real.

Weak and Yet Very Very STRONG

...with persistence, Victory is assured."
Ice magic is slow but successful. Ice Wizards can also be called Thaumaturges. It takes true patience and understanding to become an Ice Wizard. They generally seem tough and "chill" (no pun intended). They generally have the health advantage but are somewhat weaker when attacking.
I have got to say that the ice wizards have the most interesting teacher. Believe it our not, Lydia Greyrose, their teacher, hails from Candyland, if you have ever played the board game. She has the best attitude amongst her two other sisters who eat children throughout the word like the story of Hansel and Gretal.
With patience comes victory! Ice Wizards like to cast spells to protect themselves like shields. They also tend to be kinder than others.
